An annual fundraising drive will be conducted by TAP to benefit a non-profit organization in Second Life. Relay For Life of Second Life will be the beneficiary of the fundraising we do in 2023. Among TAP's members, there are two different categories: Partners and Affiliates. A Partner is classified as a group or region that will hold a number of specific events at their venue(s) in means of raising funds for team TAP. An affiliate is classified as a group or region who does not wish to host fund raising events but wishes to participate by placing a kiosk at their venue to accept donations on behalf of team TAP.
As a Partner, during events, all tips will only be made at a kiosk designated by the non-profit for collecting funds. As an Affiliate, all tips are made as usual to the DJ & Host, however there is a kiosk that is nearby for people to donate to the non-profit if they wish to.
